Return Policy Note

We understand that your production schedule can change, and we aim to be flexible. Please review our return policy below:

1. Equipment Condition on Pickup

  • All gear is inspected and tested before every rental.
  • Upon pickup or delivery, you are required to visually inspect the equipment and confirm that everything is in proper working condition.
  • IMPORTANT: If you notice any damage, defect, or missing parts at the time of collection, you must notify us immediately before leaving the premises (or immediately upon delivery). This allows us to document the issue and provide an immediate resolution or replacement.

2. On-Time Return

  • All rented gear must be returned on or before the agreed return date and time.
  • Late returns may incur additional daily rental fees.

3. Damage During Rental

  • The renter is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during the rental period.
  • Upon return, gear will be inspected. Any discovered damages will be assessed and billed according to repair or replacement costs as outlined in the rental agreement.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Bookings may be canceled up to 24 hours before the rental start time for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may be subject to a fee.
  • Early returns do not qualify for partial refunds unless pre-arranged.

5. Delivery & Pickup

  • If you've opted for delivery, please inspect the gear immediately upon arrival and notify us of any issues before usage.
